Electric Works is the perfect venue for your event


Electric Works is just a two minute walk from Sheffield train station, and has excellent links to the M1. A purpose-built venue with a cosmopolitan interior designed by award-winning DIVE architects; Electric Works is an outstanding venue for conferences, meetings, networking and presentations. With access to AV services including an electronic white board, audio equipment and digital projectors.


We can offer a range of catering options, from breakfast to canapés. We’re flexible to work with you to find the right catering for your event.


And to give your event a twist, we have our three storey helter skelter, running from the top floor to the ground floor reception in around 7 seconds. Why not make a great conference truly memorable with a quick descent during the day?

Meeting Rooms

Our smaller meeting rooms are perfect for more intimate meetings. Our three meeting rooms each seat up to 8 people, and include meeting room phones. Meeting room one has a built-in projector and interactive whiteboard, while the other two have white boards. Flipcharts can be provided at no extra cost.

Conference Room

Our conference room is a flexible space which can seat up to 150 theatre style and up to 65 cabaret style with an integrated projector and AV equipment. Flipcharts are available at no extra cost.


Breakfast or lunchtime catering and refreshments can be provided in any of our hireable rooms; just ask for our menu when enquiring.
