We have endeavoured throughout the year to keep all our staff and clients safe by constantly reviewing our safety measures so they are in accordance with the local and national guidelines and restrictions. This includes:

  • Asking all visitors Covid-19 related questions before allowing them meet with clients

  • Track & trace via NHS COVID-19 App

  • Face coverings to be worn in all communal area and where social distancing in not possible

  • Social distancing in place (Signage in places where distancing is not possible. Eg. Narrow corridors)

  • Increasing daily cleaning of touch points and general sanitising

  • Sign-free and contact-free delivery pick ups/drop offs

  • Milk deliveries for communal kitchenettes are currently on hold until further notice

  • Reducing capacity of our conference room and meeting rooms to allow for social distancing and meet the current corporate meeting and events standards

  • Contact-free sign in at reception

  • Contact-free door openers on toilet doors

  • Temporary closure of the helter-skelter

  • Sanitizing stations provided at all entrances and necessary touch point

  • Event facilitators are required to provide seated table service to their delegates

  • Catering is served in individual packaging

  • One way systems in place for events
